Number of Servings: 6


    1 1/2 lb ground beef
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp cumin

    1 small can refried beans
    1 1/2 jar brown gravy
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 8 oz can tomato sauce
    6 flour tortilla shell

    Lettuce, tomato, sour cream
    8 oz shredded cheddar cheese


Brown ground beef, drain. Add chopped onion, chili powder,
cumin, cayenne. Warm beans, add to meat mixture. Wrap beans
and meat mixture into tortilla shells and place in 9x13 glass
baking dish.

In bowl, mix gravy, enchilada sauce, and tomato sauce. Pour
over burritos. Sprinkle with cheese. Warm in oven until
burritos are hot and cheese is melted.

Top with lettuce, tomato, and sour cream for serving.
