    1 cup flaxseed meal
    1/3 c. parmesean cheese, grated or shredded
    1.5 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 cup water
    2 T. hemp hearts


Use a ruler or something else to get a straight, even edge. Halfway through cooking, turn over so that they will brown/crisp evenly.


mix all ingredients. spoon onto sheet pan with well-greased parchment paper. Even out to about 1/8 inch, making straight edges. Score into crackers. Bake at 300 degrees until center is no longer soft, about 45 minutes. Break into crackers.
