    1/2 C Heart Smart Bisquick
    1/2 C corn meal
    1/2 C quick oats
    3 T protein powder
    1 large egg
    approx. 3/4 C lowfat vanilla soymilk
    1 C fresh raspberries (substitute any fruit)


Makes a great snack with some almond butter or yogurt.


Mix all ingredients and cook on griddle.
