    1lb Jennie-O Breakfast Lovers Turkey Sausage
    10 Green Giant Idaho Potatoes
    2 49 oz Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
    1/2 Pint of Land O Lakes Heavy Whipping Cream
    1 c. of chopped onions
    3 garlic cloves chopped
    3 c. of Kale (or amount desired)
    1tsp of Crushed red pepper
    .5tsp of black pepper
    1tsp of Kosher salt


Slice 10 russet potatoes and put in large stock pot with 2 Large cans of Swanson Chicken broth and boil. Add 1/2 an onion and 3 garlic cloves diced to the mixture and let that boil until potatoes are done. Try not to stir to much, as it will break up the potato slices. Once that is almost done start cooking your turkey sausage in a skillet. Once that is brown, drain and add to potato, broth, onion, and garlic. Next add your Kale. I use about 3 cups but it's up to you how much you would like to add. Then add the 1/2 pint of heavy whipping cream. After kale is done soup is ready to serve! enjoy!!!
