    2-8 oz. packages neufchatel or cream cheese
    1 cup sugar
    1 egg
    2 tsp. vanilla extract

    12 Vanilla Wafers
    1 cup Chocolate Chips
    Cupcake Liners


Instead of chocolate chips, tarts can be topped with fresh fruit or cherry or blueberry pie filling. YUM!


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Let cheese sit to room temperature. Beat with a mixer until smooth. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla. Place a liner and one vanilla wafer in the bottom of a muffin tin. Spoon cream cheese mixture over the wafer and bake for 20 minutes. When almost cool, spoon 1 tbs. chocolate chips on the top. Cool in the fridge and serve!
