Ingredients

    1 can spaghetti sauce
    10 oz. 93% lean ground turkey
    1 bell pepper
    1 medium onion
    2 cloves garlic

Tips

May add extra water to increase volume/decrease thickness of sauce.
May add spices to taste - I like to add cumin and italian seasoning


Directions

Cook ground turkey in skillet, drain and set aside.
Chop and saute vegetables.
Add cooked ground turkey and spaghetti sauce to skillet - simmer 10 mins.



Serving Size: Makes 5 servings - volume depends on how long you cook it and whether you add extra water
