Introduction

Ingredients

    1Tbsp Smart Balance Buttery LIght Spread
    1 onion, diced
    1 bell pepper diced
    Garlic (as much as you care for)
    1 head of cauliflower
    1 can Italian Diced tomatoes
    Italian Seasonings
    Garlic Powder

Directions

Sautee Onions & peppers until soft. Add garlic and sautee for about 30 seconds to a minute. Add grated cauliflower and sautee til soft. Add diced tomatoes & seasonings and heat through. Healthy fake rice :)
