    1 T coconut flour
    2 egg whites
    2 T. water
    1/16 baking powder
    coconut oil for greasing pan


Grease pan well. Pour batter in pan, swirl around to cover bottom of pan. When edges start to brown, carefully flip and cook for 30 more seconds.
