Vegan eggless salad Vegan eggless salad
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    Salt used is as follows:

    1 lb firm tofu
    1 tsp McKay's Chicken seasoning (vegan equivalent)
    1 tsp salt

    1/8 tsp tumeric
    1 tsp lemon juice

Directions

Mix all ingredients in food processor until the texture of egg salad. Add vegenaise. Still well. Excellent for sandwiches, on toast for breakfast and sandwiches in general

Can add 1/2 tsp of powered mustard if desired. I like it in the recipe

Serving Size: Makes 2 1-cup servings
