Number of Servings: 6


    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    6-fresh,Pork loin chops ( bone-in)
    White Rice, long grain, 2 cups uncooked
    1 box Lipton Onion Mushroom Soup & Dip Mix
    4 cups water


In a 9 x 13 casserole dish:
Pour 2 cups- uncooked rice
4 cups of water
and 2 packs (1 box) Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Mix well.
Heat 2 tbsp Olive Oil in skillet
flour chops
Brown chops on each side
Arrange chops on top of rice
Cover with tin foil
Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes
TUrn down heat to 350 and bake for 30 minutes more or until rice is done.
