Ingredients

    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into strips
    2 C. Broccoli, raw, florets
    1.5 C. Zucchini, raw, cut into 2 inch spears
    1/8th C. Carrot, raw, grated
    Sesame Oil
    Coconut Oil
    Newman's Own Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing

Directions

Cut chicken breast into strips. Prep broccoli, zucchini and carrots. Heat Wok and add 1/2 T Sesame oil and 1/2 T coconut oil. Season chicken and veggies with salt if desired. Cook chicken in Wok until almost done. Move chicken aside and add broccoli and zucchini, cook until tender crisp then add carrots at last minute. Finally pour the dressing in and give a quick toss.
