Ingredients

4 swordfish steaks:

1tsp olive oil
1tsp chili powder
2 garlic cloves pressed
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
1/4 c. lime juice
2 tbs. of fresh cilantro
1 tbs. of lite soy sauce

4 med size sweet potatoes
1 tsp cinnamon for potatoes
spray butter for potatoes

4 fresh florets heads chopped and steamed.
6 cups of chopped lettuce for salad
1/2 cup croutons
4 servings Kens lite Parmesan dressing
1/2 cup tomato
1/2 cucumber peeled and sliced
Directions
Preheat oven 400*
Slit top of sweet potatoes and place in oven on baking sheet. Then,prepare fish marinade.
Mix first 7 ingredients in a bowl with whisk.
Pour marinade on top of 4 fish steaks in a baking dish. Cook fish in oven for 20 -25 or until fish flakes with fork. While fish is baking prepare salad. Chop and steam broccoli until tender about 5 min.Remove fish.let rest 5-10 min. Remove baked potatoes from oven when soft. Serve potatoes with spray butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
