    Enchilada Sauce, 3.5 cup
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 lb
    Beans, black, 2 cups
    Sargento Fancy 4 Cheese Mexican, 8 oz
    *Boghosian Lavash Bread tomato&basil, 4 serving


cut ckicken in small cubes
saute chicken in enchilada sauce untill it starts to shred
put 1/4 cup of shredded cheese on each torilla
add 1/2 cup of beans to the tortilla
add 1/4 of teh chicken to the tortilla
roll the tortillas tight, folding in the ends
sprinkle all with remaining cheese and leftover sauce from the chicken
back 20 minutes
