Ingredients

    1 cup sugar or sugar substitute
    2 eggs
    3 mashed bananas
    3 tbsp sour cream
    1 tsp soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup diced walnuts
    1/2 cup chia seed
    1/2 cup flax meal
    1/2 cup rice protein plain
    1 tbsp vanilla
    1/2 cup rice flour

Directions

bake at 350 for 18 minutes, turn off oven and allow muffins to continue baking for 5 minutes
