    1 can Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk
    2 cups whole milk
    8 Medjool Dates (150 grams pitted)
    1/4 cup water
    1.25 cups cocoa powder
    1 tsp vanilla extract


Pit and chop dates.
Bring dates and vanilla to boil in water, reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Process dates, cocoa powder, and 1/2 can of coconut milk in blender until smooth. Add remaining coconut milk and continue to blend.
Remove to bowl and refrigerate until ready to make ice cream.
Follow your ice cream maker's instructions.

Serving Size: Approx 9 1/2-cup servings
