Ingredients

    1 lb chicken breast
    2 tsps paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional but adds good flavor)
    3 tsps Corn starch (optional)

hot sauce : Use what you have available.
    For me this includes
1 OZ Frank's Redhot - Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
    1 - 2 OZ Tapatio
1 OZ Huy Fong - Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce

    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup milk
Pasta of your choice but I used 2 servings of whole wheat Spaghetti

Tips

For a hotter sauce without adding more hot sauce, cut milk and add a little more starch.

Even less calories? Add sour cream in place of the mayo. However make sure to cool the chicken a little first to prevent the sour cream from curdling as you mix it in.

Directions

1: Start your pasta cooking, While the water heats, cut chicken breast into bite-size pieces
2: Cook chicken until until about halfway done then add the hot sauce. Let that simmer, stirring to keep from burning.
3: When water boils add noodles and set timer for al dente.
4: Add Mayo and milk to chicken. Bring to boil then turn heat off and set aside. The mixture should thicken as it cools, I found I had to add just a touch of corn starch to help it along, don't be afraid to. In the ingredients I listed 3 tsps Corn starch, but I only used 2. Make sure to whisk the starch in a little water first to smooth it out. This should be the consistency of a White Sauce.
5: Strain Noodles and place in large serving dish
6: Pour Chicken mixture on top of noodles and mix well.

Serve with a hearty salad, it will help kill the burn. Better yet, with ranch dressing!
