Introduction

Super easy recipe that I adapted from Snack-Girl.com. I was very surprised because I heard that kale is bitter - NOT - these are YUMMY!! Super easy recipe that I adapted from Snack-Girl.com. I was very surprised because I heard that kale is bitter - NOT - these are YUMMY!!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    4 cups Kale, stems removed, washed & spun dried
    8 quick sprays of Pam Olive Oil Spray
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
    1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper

Tips

Keep an eye on the kale while it's cooking. It can burn quickly! I used regular green kale but wonder how the red kale will work.


Directions

Preheat oven to 500 degrees (I used my convection roast setting).

Line rimmed sheet pan with foil or parchment. Spray bottom of foil/parchment lightly with oil. Lay kale evenly across pan & sprinkle with seasonings. Lightly spray top of kale.

Roast for 3 minutes & rotate pan, roast another 3 minutes. The edges should be browned & kale is crispy when moved in the pan.
