    6 whiting fillets
    20 multi-grain club crackers crushed
    2 tbl grated parmesean cheese
    1 tsp italian seasoning
    1 tsp garlic powder
    I can't believe its not butter spray


Preheat oven to 400. Mix crushed crackers, cheese and seasoning. Spray both sides of fillet with I can't believe its not butter and dip in crumb mixture to cover. Place in baking dish and bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until fish is flaky and opaque.
