    Maize meal x 3.5 cups
    Water (boiled) - 3 cups


Serves with Inkomazi or fresh milk
May also add fresh cream or butter


Boil water in a pot and add a dash of salt and 3.5 cups of maize meal. Let boil on high temperature and bring the heat down, and allow to steam with frequent stirring until cooked
