Ingredients

    14 ounces canned red beans (or bean of choice) - rinsed
    3 ounces feta cheese
    1 cup celery chopped
    5 scallion stalks chopped
    1 cup sweet red peppers chopped
    1 sprig fresh dill chopped
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (good quality)
    Lemon Juice
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Rinse beans under cold water
Chop veggies
Chop dill

Combine everthing in a bowl. Salt and Pepper to taste.
