Number of Servings: 4


    2 bell peppers, whatever color you want, cut into big chunks
    1 medium onion, chunked
    1 cup mushrooms, halved
    1 pound chicken breasts, chunked
    1 can pineapple chunks
    1 cup low sodium teriyaki sauce


Chop all veggies and chicken, marinate in teriyaki sauce for at least an hour.

Put all veggies and chicken into a grill basket.

Grill on medium to medium high for 15 min or so or until chicken is done.

Serving Size: Makes 4 2-cup servings
