    1 head of broccoli, chopped, stalk and florettes
    2 cups chopped cauliflower
    3.5 cups chicken broth
    1 onion chopped
    1 large potato, peeled, chopped


put all ingredients into large pot, bring to a boil, boil until veggies and potato are soft. Remove from heat, transfer to blender, and puree until smooth. Enjoy!
