Ingredients

2½ cups Bob’s Redmill GF Flour
½ cup garbanzo bean flour
1 tablespoon xanthan gum
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons chopped dry or 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary or basil, optional
2 packets instant active dry yeast
1⅓ cups warm water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
Directions
1) Heat oven to 450 degrees
2) Mix flours, xantham gum, salt and spice in bowl
3) Add yeast to warm water, and then add olive oil, honey and vinegar
4) Combine all ingredients and mix well
5) Split into two, cover and let stand for 40 minutes until dough has doubled
6) On a well greased pizza pan, take half of dough and flatten out with hands using water to not make dough stick to hands
7) Bake for 12 minutes until a light gold color
Serving Size: Makes 2, 12 inch crusts
