Introduction
I made this recipe up when I wasn't in the mood for chocolate pudding. This is a very mild flavored vanilla pudding, so if you desire more potent vanilla flavor increase the ammount of vanilla extract you add. Ingredients

3/4 c. of 1% milk
2 tablespoon of cornstarch
1.5 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp immitation vanilla extract
Directions
Add corn starch to the mug and add approximately the 2 tbsp of the 3/4c. of milk.
Stir the cornstarch and milk until well combined.
Add the brown sugar to the mixture and again stir until combined. Do NOT add the vanilla before cooking!
Place mug in the microwave and cook the pudding for 1 minute. Then remove the pudding and stir. If still runny cook in 30 second spurts, stirring in between each, until the mixture starts to thicken. In my microwave it usually takes 1.5-2 minutes.
Stir in the vanilla and refridgerate for approximately 1 hour or until it reaches the desired thickness.
Serving Size: 1 large serving or Two smaller 1/2 c. servings
