Ingredients

3 large baked potatoes
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp garlic salt with parsley
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Tips
I like to cook them until they are slightly brown on top. I sometimes turn the broiler on for a minute or two.
Directions
Preheat oven to 400*. Spray 8"x10". Cut previously baked potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out centers into bowl, add 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 tsp leper, 1 tbsp garlic salt with parsley. Scoop into potato shells. Form shallow indent on top. Fill top with 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 400* for 30 minutes.
