Ingredients

    6 eggs
    40 tater tots (thawed and shredded)
    1/4 cup 1% milk
    4 slices processed swiss style cheese

Directions

Thaw and shred the tater tots. Place in a frying pan sprayed with cooking spray. Stir and cook until they start to brown and crisp. Mix the eggs and the milk and whisk until frothy. Pour into the pan. Cook until eggs are almost set. Remove from heat. Cover with the cheese and place a lid on top. Let sit 2 minutes.
