Ingredients

    1 small onion
    1 cup celery, diced
    1-1/2 cups raw peeled yam, cubed
    4 cups chopped kale
    1 cup uncooked lentils
    1-1/2 cups Imagine vegetable broth
    2-3 tablespoons Enova oil
    1 teaspoon garam masala powder (Indian seasoning)
    salt, to taste
    water, to fill crock pot

Directions

Place all ingredients in a one-quart crock pot, add water until pot is full, and cover. Place on "high" for four hours. After four hours, blend with stick blender until nearly pureed. May continue cooking on medium until ready to serve.
