Introduction

Can use Brown Sugar Splanda Mix to sub for light brown sugar. And can use without Cocoa Powder. Can use Brown Sugar Splanda Mix to sub for light brown sugar. And can use without Cocoa Powder.

Ingredients

    1/4 cup I can't believe it's not butter
    1/2 cup splenda
    1/4 cup light brown sugar
    1 egg white
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    4 tsp cocoa powder
    4 Tbsp semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions

place by teaspoon on cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Press with back of spoon to flatten slightly. (cookies do not spread much during baking). Bake at 350 for 9 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 24 servings
