Ingredients

6 cups frozen cauliflower, cooked and cooled
1/2 cup mexican blend shredded cheese
1/2 cup bacon bits
1/4 cup small stalk celery, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 C greek yogurt
1 Packet Kraft Good Seasons Mix
1 TBSP dijon mustard
2 Dashes Louisana Hot Sauce
Directions
Mix together cauliflower florets, cheese, bacon bits, celery, green pepper, red onion, and pickle relish. In a seprate bowl combline remaining ingredients (greek yogurt, mayonaise, Kraft Good Seasons mix, dijon mustard, and louisana hot sauce. Pour sauce over salad and toss to coat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
