Ingredients

    4 powdered Just Whites egg whites
    1/4 cup canned pure pumpkin
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 cup white whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup truvia
    1/2 cup Ideal brown no-calorie sweetener
    1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (I used 6 tbsp regular, 2 tbsp dark)
    1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions

1. In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Add pumpkin and vanilla.
2. Combine flour, sweeteners, cocoa and baking powder; gradually stir into egg mixture.
3. Transfer to an 8 inch square baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.
4. Bake at 350-degrees for 15-20 minutes or until center is set.
5. Cool on a wire rack


Serving Size: makes 9 large pieces
