Number of Servings: 8


    3 cups soft bread cubes (3-4 slices)
    3/4 cup 1% milk
    2 eggs
    1/4 cups chopped onion
    1/4 cup chopped celery
    1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
    2lbs lean ground beef

    Glaze -
    1/4 cup ketchup
    2 Tbsp corn syrup


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Soak bread in milk. Add eggs, beat with beater or mix with hands. Add onion, celery, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning. Mix with hands. Add meat and mix well. Form into a 5" x 9" loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour.

Glaze - Mix ketchup and corn syrup. Spread over loaf and bake for 15 more minutes.
