    Tilapia 4 4oz. Fillets
    Almonds, 1 cup, ground
    Daisy Light Sour Cream, 8 tbsp
    Salt 4 dashes
    100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray
    Minced Onion, 4 tbsp


I usually have this with steamed broccoli and a small salad.


Preheat oven to 425 F. Get a pan and spray it with cooking spray. Then get a bowl or a pan and put the sour cream in it and mix the minced onion in with it. Then get another bowl or pan and place the ground almonds in it (If the almonds are not ground put them in a food processor to grind). Take fish (If fish is frozen run it under hot water until it feels mostly thawed) and place it in the sour cream making sure to cover the whole thing. Then place it in the ground almonds (again making sure to cover the whole thing). Then place it on the pan with the cooking spray and sprinkle ground almonds where your fingers were. Continue this process for all 4 pieces of fish. Then add a dash of salt and a couple sprays of cooking spray to the top of each piece. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes or until fish begins to flake.

Serving Size: Makes 4 - 4 oz. Tilapia Fillets
