Had no eggs in the house, so I made up a recipe. Had no eggs in the house, so I made up a recipe.
Number of Servings: 10


    .5 cup butter
    .25 cup sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
    1TBS Flax meal
    2TBS water
    .25 cup applesauce
    1 cup flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    .5 tsp salt
    .5 cup chopped walnuts
    3 medium bananas


Bake a loaf for an hour, or muffins for 20 minutes.


Heat oven to 350. Grease laof pan if needed.
Cream butter and sugar together
Add flax, water, vanilla and blend
Add white flour, wheat flour, baking soda and salt and mix.
Mash banana and chop walnuts, then blend in with mix, without over doing it.
Pour into loaf pan and bake on 350 for 60 minutes

Serving Size: makes 10 servings
