    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 lb. ground Turkey
    1 can diced tomatoes (Rotel can be used)
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 cup frozen yellow corn
    chili powder (about 2 tbs)
    Cayenne Pepper (about 2 tsp) if you like it hot
    or Jalepena pepper for heat
    salt and pepper
    1 tbs olive oil

    top with Low-fat cheddar cheese and light sour cream


Cut veggies and cook in oil until transparent.
Add meat and brown
Add undrained beans, tomatoes, and corn
Add heat and spices and stir
cook on low for 30 minutes
Add a little water if necessary
Top with sour cream and chees and enjoy
