    4 large eggs
    1/4 cup milk, 1%
    1/2 tsp garlic salt

    Add-ins for this recipe:
    1/2 cup mushrooms
    1/8 cup chopped green onions
    1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    3 slices turkey bacon, cut into pieces


You can use anything you like for add-ins, but you'll want to do a recipe makeover to adjust the nutritional information.


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Beat eggs, milk, and garlic salt together.
Divide egg mixture equally between cups of 6-cup muffin pan.
Add your add-ins.
Bake for 20-25 mins, or until puffy with golden brown edges.
