    For The Crust Part
    1 1/2 Cups Ground Almonds (I Use The Food Processor To Grind Them)
    1/4 Cup Sugarleaf
    1/4 Cup Smart Balance Light Butter Melted

    For The Cheese Topping
    2 Eggs
    1/3 Cup Of Wisdom Natural Sugarleaf (Stevia + Raw Cane Sugar)
    1 Cup of Fat Free Cream Cheese

    4 Cups of Pureed Strawberries (I use the food processor to puree them)


Preheat oven to 400 F and get out a pie plate. Combine the ingredients for the crust and smooth them down into a pie plate. Then get a mixing bowl and with a hand mixer or blender mix the 2 eggs. Then add the sugarleaf and mix that in. Then add the cream cheese and mix that in. Once it's completely mixed pour it on the crust and put it in the oven for 20-25 minutes until it appears done. Then take it out and let it cool for 30 minutes. Once it's cool take the strawberry puree and pour on top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and enjoy.
