    1 Scoop Whey Isolate Protein Powder
    1.5 cups Triple Berries Frozen Unsweetened (Blackberries, Blueberries, Raspberries)
    1.5 cups Strawberries Frozen Unsweetened
    2 Cups Silk Pure Original Coconut Milk
    22 Raw Almonds


I prepare everything but the milk in freezer bags and just pull it out add the milk and blend for a healthy meal or snack when I'm on the run. I save one for later in the refrigerator.


Combine everything in a blender and blend until you reach desired consistency. Pour into 2 large glasses.

Serving Size: Makes 2 Shakes
