Ingredients

    Arrowhead Mills Oat Groats 2 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 16 oz
    Bell Plantatin PB2, 1.5 serving
    KAL Pure Stevia Organic Extract (Stevia rebaudiana leaf extract), 1 serving
    1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder: Chocolate, 2 serving

Tips

Feel free to add toppings or change any of the "mix-ins." I prefer chia seeds to flax in the porridge.


Directions

Soak groats for at least 1 hour or overnight. Rinse several times and blend in a blender or food processor along with all of the other ingredients. Enjoy!
