Introduction

This is a favorite go-to recipe as it is put together the day before, then cooked the day of. We use it lots for holidays. I omit the salt. This is a favorite go-to recipe as it is put together the day before, then cooked the day of. We use it lots for holidays. I omit the salt.

Ingredients

    6 eggs, beaten
    2 lg slices bread, cubed
    1 lb sausage, browned and drained
    2 c milk
    1 c shredded cheddar cheese
    1 t dry mustard
    dash of salt

Directions

Brown and drain sausaage. Mix together eggs, salt mustard and milk. Add the cubed bread and stir. Mix in the sausage and cheese. Pour into an 8x8 oiled pan, cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 325 for about 45 min or until firm.

Serving Size: makes 12 servings 2x2.5 or 9 servings about 3x3
