    8 pieces of wheat bread, torn into small pieces
    10 eggs
    2 cups of skim milk
    2 cups of shredded cheese
    2 tbsp of unsalted butter


Rip bread into small pieces and leave on a baking sheet for 8 hours to harden. Beat eggs, add milk, 1.5 cups of shredded cheese and melted butter. Mix well. Put the bread into a 9x13" greased baking dish and pour mixture over bread and place in refrigerator overnight. In the morning, cover dish with foil, bake at 350* for 45 min. Take out of oven and add the other .5 cup of shredded cheese. Return to the oven for 15min or until cheese is golden.
