1 lb ground beef (or choice of meat)
1 box 13.25 oz whole wheat rotini (spiral pasta)
1 jar 24 oz pasta of choice
1 can 8 oz mushrooms, drained
1 12 oz bag broccoli slaw
Spices of choice
Didn't measure water, ended up with to much.. Initially. This meal was cooked ahead and next day, the extra water had been absorbed to the consistency I was seeking.
Serve with cheese of choice.
Had planned on making it a casserole baked in oven, was happy with stovetop.
Will be playing with this recipe. :)
