Introduction

Ingredients

    1 small banana
    1/2 cup each mango, pineapple, orange juice
    Handful cantaloupe
    1 tbsp. ground flax

Directions

Toss fruits and juice in a blender, liquefy. Add a few ice cubes and the flax, blend until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes one 12 oz glass full
