    4 eggs
    1.5 cup egg beater
    1 cup red bell pepper diced
    1 bunch scallions chopped
    1 zuchinni shredded
    1/4 cup milk
    salt and pepper
    2 oz shredded asiago cheese


cook vegatables in a pan that can transfer to the ovn. mix eggs, egg beaters, milk and desired spices together in a bowl. add to pan sirring until the egg mixtue starts to set.; transfer pan to 350 oven and bake 15 mins or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean. sprinkle with cheese
