    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can fat free refried beans (warmed & softened with a little water)
    1 pkg flour tortillas
1-2 tbsp shredded cheese per burrito

Brown ground beef. Warm refried beans. Drain ground beef & rinse with hot water to help remove extra fat. Add the taco seasoning to the ground beef and cook according to package directions. Warm the tortillas slightly (one at a time) in an empty frying pan. When a tortilla is warm, add about 1 tbsp. refried bean to one edge of the tortilla. Spread the beans out to cover that edge. Add about 1 tbsp ground beef on top of the beans & spread out. Then add about 1 tbsp of shredded cheese on top. Then add lettuce & tomatoes as you like. Roll the tortilla up. Serve warm.
