    1/4 c quinoa
    1/2 c water
    1 20 oz pkg lean ground turkey
    1 Tbsp tomato paste
    1 Tbsp hot sauce
    2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    salt and pepper
    2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp brown sugar


Cook water and quinoa according to package. Cool.

In large bowl combine turkey, quinoa, hot sauce, Worcestershire, egg, tomato paste, onion and garlic powders, salt and pepper.

In small bowl mix 2 tsp Worcestershire and brown sugar into a paste.

Ball up turkey mix and place in six muffin tins.

Spread brown sugar mix on top of turkey.

Bake on a foil lined cookie sheet at 375 degrees until internal temp of 160 degrees is reached, approx 35 minutes.
