    2 eggs
    1 20 oz. package of extra lean ground turkey (97% lean)
    1 T. fat free milk
    1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash pepper
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    3 tsp. reduced fat grated parmesan


Whisk eggs. Stir in seasonings, milk and bread crumbs. Add the ground turkey and parmesan and mix by hand. Roll into ping-pong sized balls. Place on a rack that has been coated with cooking spray in a cookie sheet or roasting pad. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees.

Remove from oven and place the meatballs in a pot. Cover with your choice of spaghetti sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
