3 tbsp. flour
2 c. skim milk
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms with liquid
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 refrigerated biscuits, prepared as directed (I used Philsbury Home Style Grands Buttermilk
Pan Spray or a tbsp of I can't believe its not butter.
Tips
you can subsitue spray for I can't believe its not butter.
Directions
Spray heavy skillet with release agent. Add onion. Cook until translucent. Stir in flour. Add milk and mushrooms with liquid. Cook until thick. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over biscuits. Doubled, this recipe makes a large pan full.
