Ingredients

    1 pkg Kikkoman Stir-fry mix
    2-3 sec. spray canola oil
    2 cups shredded chicken breast - cooked
    4 stalks celery finely chopped
    1 med. vidalia onion coursley chopped
    1 green pepper Julianned
    1 bag frozen birds eye broccoli stir-fry veggies- cooked to almost done in microwave
    4 cups uncle bens whole grain brown rice

    If watching your sodium omit the bottom two ingredients.
    soy sauce-5 tbsp
    teriyaki sauce-3tbsp

DON'T ADD THESE INGREDIENTS IF YOU ARE WATCHING YOUR SODIUM INTAKE!

Directions

Mix kikkoman mix per instructions, set aside.
spray canola oil for approx 2-3 secs. ( just enough to coat wok) in wok or large skillet over high heat, add chicken, celery, green pepper and frozen veggies cooked to almost done in microwave. Stir fry approx 3 minutes.
Stir in kikkoman mix, cooked rice, soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. Cook and stir until sauce thickens and meat and veggies and rice are coated with sauce. Done, Enjoy! Very filling dish.
