    2 small Hass Avacados
    2-3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 lime, juiced
    1 small Shallot, finely chopped
    1 small Roma Tomato, Chopped
    Add a little Jalapino or a few dashes of Jalapino hot sauce if you like it a little more spicey.


Save left over guacamole in fridge with plastic wrap on top of guacamole to keep it from going "brown".


Peel and pit Avacado in bowl, add lime juce, garlic, and shallot, mix well but leave the avacado "chunky". Add tomato, mix and serve with tortilla chips
