    1 pkt fajita seasoning
    pkg 1.25 lb ground perdue chicken

    2 cans kroger fat free refried beans
    1 cup long grain brown rice - cooked as directed
    1 can campbells cheddar soup, I used the fiesta soup - cooked as directed on can.
    1/2 cup shredded mozzarella


Can eat this as just casserole or serve it on soft shell tortillas.


brown & crumble the chicken.
Season with the fajita seasoning.

cook rice as directed on pkg

warm refried beans then put in 13*9 *2 casserole dish, covering the bottom.

then layer the cooked rice on the beans & spread thoroughly.
Spread ground chicken across the pan evenly, on top of rice.
Pour warmed cheddar soup over the top of meat,rice & beans.
Spread evenly the mozzarella on the top
Bake at 350* for about 10 minutes, until cheese is melted.
